National Defense Authorization Act:
House of Representatives: A pro-life amendment to prevent funding for abortion travel and paid time off for military women passed the House by a vote of 219-210 on July 14.
Senate: On July 28 the Senate passed the NDAA by a vote of 86-11 without the pro-life amendment, Now the two versions of the bill need to be reconciled.

The White House: President Biden has threatened to veto any bill that does not contain abortion funding for the military.

Fiscal Spending Bill 2024:
On May 18 the House Appropriations subcommittee voted to reverse the FDA's decision to allow mail-order abortion pills.
