Under the guise of removing outdated regulations, Health and Human Services released an Indian Health Service rule that eliminates regulations against funding abortions.

June 2024

A preliminary injunction that prevents the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from implementing a new Final Rule that interprets the 2022 Pregnant Workers Fairness Act as requiring employers to facilitate elective abortions against their religious beliefs was issued.

The House Appropriations Committee removed language from the agricultural bill, which funds the FDA limiting the funding of the abortion pill.

The House passed an amendment to stop funding abortions in the military.
